1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: Consistent issues preventing content access, unresolved within a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized Transactions: Refunds will be processed after verifying unauthorized activity.
- Accidental Purchases: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours, with minimal content consumed.
2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Non-Usage: Content usage should not exceed 2 hours of premium content.
- Time Frame: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase/renewal.
- Promotional Offers: Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional plans.
- One-Time Refund: Only one refund will be issued per user.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in these situations:
- Change of mind after significant usage.
- Purchases through third-party platforms (App Store / Play Store).
- Majority of subscription content already consumed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:

- Name
- Registered Email
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
- Verification: Additional details may be requested.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed in 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellations stop future charges, but current charges are non-refundable unless eligible.
6. Eshtory's Rights
- Reject refund requests not meeting this policy.
- Modify the refund policy at our discretion.
